The most obvious hint that it won't be a gift to the people is the fact that it is negotiated in secrecy. If politicians don't want the people to know what they do, it might harm present laws up to the constitution. Compromises then may include changing these laws which would be violated by such economical contracts...

TPP is a different one, but not any better. Same nasty stuff in there, like corporate sovereignty, DMCA-like DRM protection idiocy, 70 years after death copyright craziness and various patent insanity.

This has been asked in the tweet as well. But still, even if there are all (24?) main European languages included, each of them has an amount hard to grasp as a whole.

You know, the bigger the book, the harder it is to fully comprehend it as a whole. I really think that's why both the EU and the US pass these huge bills that would take weeks if not months to read. That, and the possibility that the book/bill will just get rubber stamped without reading.
