I was tasked with redecorating a guildhouse and I find it to be very frustrating. Shift+rightclick doesn't really respond very well, and I make the item randomly spin away. Do you think we should be able to use the rotate and slide commands together (instead of only rotate) for more precise positioning of the items? Do you think the current system is fine?
This is not only for guildhouses, but for markets. It's kind of silly to have the swords all standing, balanced on their pommel and the shields all standing on their edges as if they were magically weighted.
I mean, it kinda bugs me.

More options to decorate GH in general: No idea, no comment.
A command to move dropped items: Sounds useful, why not? Are there technical difficulties to separate this functionality from some GM command?

Moving items around as it is now is a colossal pain, and takes a really long time to get things exactly how you want them. Especially with the new way that moving features have been implemented into maps, I see no reason why more permanent decorations couldn't be put into the game for GH's.

The option to lock items once you put them in place. In the past I know GM's used to help out with that, dunno if it still happens. I do know in some cases you'll need weltall or talad to get them to unlock your stuff.
anyhow, it's sometimes pretty frustrating if you accidentally pick up something and cant get it back where it used to stand.
also I was thinking about the overload of items in guild houses that cause a lot of crashes. I know nothing of 3d design but I was thinking maybe some items could be merged to be loaded as 1 item.Examples: a table + some chairs
For carpets it might be nice to have the option to scale them. I once removed over 50 carpets from a guild house that were placed as if they were 1 large carpet.
