The part I liked best was the ambush. \\o//
-
Thanks for all your efforts that made this event possible \\o//
The ambush came just in time - when i was about to fall asleep ::)
Indeed, a long walk in the wilderness can make you weary after such an extensive quest, and some action helps to get awake quickly. It is a pity that most players experienced heavy lag, which made it almost impossible to react. Yet, I really enjoyed the encounter with Edwindel - thanks for the fun!

Hello,
Basically I agree with what the others said. Just one point of criticism: It was not a good idea to place the alchemist so close to the spawning place of all those *nauts. Many players did nothing but fight them off and thus could not take part in the interesting RP that was going on.
Speaking of those discussions, there were many different views on how to handle the alchemist's fate, and accusations were raised towards the Octarchy concerning their treatment of prisoners, and the Octarchy's role in this affair. And where the Rogues came from, there may be more of them.
So I repeat what I said during the event: I am very much looking forward to a follow-up event, The Trial of Theodor. :D
Thanks again to all who organized the event and to those who participated.

An Ylian in a full Heavy Armor walks up to the message board and skims over a few of the letters. Then he pulls a folded piece of paper from his bag and nails it to the board

Would've been really funny if this was for single ladies....
Care to elaborate? Sorry, but I have not the slightest idea what you are trying to say, or what this could have to do with the Manhunt / Trial event.

A party for single ladies ?

A party for single ladies ?
Oh, that kind of manhunt...
Sorry again, but this is so far :offtopic: that it did not come to my mind.

Sadie Hawkins FTW!

"It's raining men, hallelujah!"

And for the months to follow, Hydlaa was strewn with shirtless, muscular, masculine bodies. Their arms and legs were positioned quite unnaturally - kinked and twisted. On the fourth day of the great fall (or rain, as some called it), the stench of decaying flesh rose to the crystal like smoke from a prayerful votive candle, but the gods merely turned their backs and walked away with shoulders slumped and faces palmed.
