Title: Dialogs of quest have not been upgraded

I really like the game, but I think in the dialogues of most quest has not been upgraded to the lack of need to buy theorist knowledge to npc, so they give information that is not necessary and could confuse players about the possibility of a new quest to perform or go to another npc.

You are quite right, they have not. We did not do this when the new training feature was released in case it turned out to be a disaster. We have subsequently, as team, decided to keep it and as such most of the training references we could find have been adjusted.

These changes will all be released in the upcoming update.
