Title: nogui switch for /screenshot
Post by: Can-ned Food on June 13, 2015, 10:28:28 pm
There are times when I can do so with no problems, then this begins to happen; sometimes, it happens successively every new log-in session (same launcher session, new client sessions).  I don't know when it ceases occurring, because I try not to test it.

Quote
Sun Jun 14 02:37:26 2015, <src/client/psclientdr.cpp:213 HandleDeadReckon SEVERE>
Sun Jun 14 02:37:26 2015, Got DR message for unknown entity EID:37286.
and another example,
Quote
Thu Jun  4 23:07:10 2015, <src/client/psclientdr.cpp:213 HandleDeadReckon SEVERE>
Thu Jun  4 23:07:10 2015, Got DR message for unknown entity EID:37108.

Anyone else experience these from time to time?  Let's talk about it, and we'll see it it's a driver problem or a CrystalSpace problem.

Well, I saw this mis-placed post (http://www.hydlaaplaza.com/smf/index.php?topic=41788.msg477134#msg477134), and the thread from it suggested enabling the VBO (Vertex Buffer Object) option available in the PS launcher's Graphics config.  I hadn't been doing so because there was a warning that it might cause problems with ATI cards.
