Title: Compiled Timeline

I compiled this from all the pages on the main website at http://www.planeshift.it/ (http://www.planeshift.it/).  Did some very minor editing to combine similar items and also on some of the grammar, syntactic punctuation, and the like.

I attempted to put up the text version, but it exceeds the 4000 byte maximum.
This database version is better, anyway.

Overall, it is always a laudable achievement to make such a huge timeline with so many occurrences.
However, while going through it, I did begin to notice a few improvements which could be made.  Let me know when my request to be a Prospect for Settings has been approved so that we can discuss those improvements.
