Title: an ethereal plane

I\'m a planes fanatic if you read some of my post i\'m just curiuos will there be an etheral plane? It would be a very interesting place and shouldn\'t be hard to manage, really all it would do system wise is turn somone incoreral, and make he invisible  with unlimited flight. My wizard could ue this to construct heis grand library =)
