i cant create a new character for some reason.. everytime i go to click upload a error msg comes up saying contact ur ps can anyone help me?

be sure of two things:
- the name must be one-word only
- the server must be setr to: planeshift.fragnetics.com

...try again, sometimes it\'s just that the server\'s too busy :]
