When it comes to fighting in PS, Im rather uninformed. I am wondering, what the fighting will be like? Turnbased or realtime? Will it be like in NWN, meaning that you just hit them, or will it be more like DAoC, where you use different, styles, different ways of attacking?

Ya, I thought so. The question popped into my mind when I was playing DAoC at a friends place the other day. It would be really neat if PS used different \"styles\", it really gives a lot more depth to the game.

I am quite sure it will be in real time... I really hope so..
However, a dev would be welcome in this thread. :D

hasnt it already said it will be real time? There will be a defend command, attack command and skills and spells commands so its nto just hack and slash.
or did i dream this?

Lets hope not, because that seems to be just what I wanted :D.

I would prefer having it as in Morrowind, there the game just keep on, nothing happens except the music. The monster is raging an attacking, theres no warning, no screen before. Its just to face them and kill em.
Not as in FF, when you need to wait for a attack, where another screen comes.
I hope not as in FF.

I\'d say similar to DAoC is the easiest way to describe it. Nothing will \"stop between turns\". You will not have to use special moves, but you will be able to in certain cases.

But please, make them more usefull and more diverse than in DAoC. (There it was simply use the highest you have as often as you can)

I hope it wont be too much like daoc because its like siting there and they auto attack and i would much perfer alot more control than like in daoc because it would be almost monotonious
