Title: it wont let me conect please help!

After i have created my character it told me to type a pass word  and then it said up load  so i did that but it would not conecte to the server i keep getting the task manager come up telling me thers and error and then it closes it down.
this also happens when i whent strat to the conect button and tried to log in and also when i tried to creat a new character.

What exact error do you get?
