Title: no CEL environment variable set!

yesterday i can\'t wait for the programmer to delete my account so i tried to find a way to fix it my self.  i remembered yesterday that i didn\'t download all the files in the same part (downloaded file  1  at primary something).  so i deleted the file 1 and downloaded it again at the secondary something.  and now and i can\'t get through the psclient. it says no CEL environment variable set!  what should i do now? ?(

umm i believe it always says that.. but is that the only thing it says?
