why cant i log in?

1. You may be behind a firewall.
2. The server may be down.
3. You may be linkdead.
4. You may have an error in your database.
5. You may have not yet created your character.
6. You may have entered something other than planeshift.fragnetics.com in the Server field.
7. Basically, with zero information from you, I have absolutely no idea.
