how do u take snapshots? do u need special equipment?

To take a snapshot when you are running Windows, just press the PrintScreen key (or ALT+PrintScreen if you are in window mode, not to take the whole screen). The picture will be in your clipboard, which means you can paste it into an image editor then save it.
