I downloaded the game and got it running but i dont know where to setup an account.

You create your character (cfr. account) ingame. While in the main menu with the three crystals in the middle of the screen click on the one that says Create (the blue one).
This will take you through the creation process. At the end you\'ll upload your character and the game will start.
