Title: Guild Base

Hey peeps,

just came up with a great idea while sitting in the train ( those things are  usefull ).

why won\'t we be able as a guild to buy a house as a guild main base ( if the idea already was here then i haven\'t said anything ) so people of guilds can go to such a place to meet eachother offcourse the guild itself does need alot of money to buy such a house but you\'ll get my point i guess.

Yes we will be able to buy and to manage guild houses or even castles. I ve heard we will (maybe) be able to pay some Guards NPC to guard the entrance, for exemple.

Of course all of this will be expensive...

great,
 then the idea to remove smaller guilds is no longer
 nessecary ( sorry for my lauzy spelling ).
 Only the wealthy guilds can buy such a place so
come-on guilds get whealty and buy stuff for your guild

what about changing the enkidukai to a goblin or orge now THATS a pet  :P

Well I have a Kran as a pet *casts levitation spell to float up and pats Dril on the head lovingly* he is so faithful and caring, only thing is I\'m kinda lonely lately. He thrashes and kills anyone that just looks at me longer than a few seconds.  ;(
Also another disadvantage of having such a big Kran as pet is that you tend to become homeless a lot, he \"breaks\" the house all the time by mistake  8o

Concerning a Guild base does anyone actually know what the criteria for getting a \"building certificate\" in Yliakum will be? Obviously a guild would need to be officially registered in PS but what else?
