Title: Error trying to start PSsetup

\"Can\'t create DirectDraw device\" is the error I get when I try to use PS setup. I can play the game fine, except that it stays in a little window, which is quite annoying.

I have a 1.5ghz processor, 384mb ram, a Radeon 7000 graphics card, and DirectX 9. I am running Windows 98.

Yes I have posted this before. Yes, I put all the PS files into one folder before using the assembler.

Does ANYONE know what this error means?

I have the same problem

Win 98 SE, AMD Athlon XP 2400+, 512 Mb DDR, Direct X9.0b, ---> !!!  HERCULES RADEON 9700 PRO  !!! <----

I\'ve read the other posts, everyone using a Radeon videocard seems to have the \"Can\'t create DirectDraw Device\" problem, including me with the newest drivers :(

Someone found ah solution on the problem... I\'m now trying to find that post again ;)
