Time of test: 8:09 AM Eastern time(est canada)
OS: windows xp professional
Processor: pentium 4, 3000 Mhz
RAM: 512MB
Video Card:Radeon 9800 PRO
Video Card Memory:128MB
PS Client Version:v0.2.010
OpenGL or Safe Mode: OpenGL
Description of the bug: I\'ve create a new char and the first time I tried connecting in... I got a linkdead warning,
now i\'m trying to connect and it keeps saying:

- There is an error on your account.Please contact an  Admin.
