Title: is worth the download?

i was seeing some pics for this game and i thought it is really have some good graphics , i?m a player of Priston tale ( another rpg MMORPG), and i was seeing some review that my friend gave me to read and a see a review for this game , and i?m asking if is worth ofr the download??? is it as good as Priston tale??

is it a good game?

if you guys give me some reasons to play the game , i might get this game today :)

The game itself is currently a Tech Demo, but a good one at that. Worth the download? Well, that\'s kinda for you to decide, I\'d suggest reading Moogie\'s (Mogura) faq before deciding.

...well anyhow, you have to remember it\'s still pre-alpha and there\'s not really much to do except explore, comunicate with people, join (or make) guilds, hunt for crystals, trade them, and two quests...

and yea, check out moogie\'s FAQ (somewhere in the noobie forums i think) ...but in my opinion it\'s worth playing ...it\'s really fun when you get used to it :] ....maybe a bit too addictive :D

Post by: feafae on August 20, 2003, 02:49:55 am: yea actually i checked it out and it was pretty cool cept the lag that came after running for a bit but the people were nice im just waiting for them to get more quests maybe somekind of dungeon would be cool and i know its happening soon thats why i go into the server and check up every once in a while for new updates and what not but until theres hardcore stuff happening im gonna have to say people should check out the link below....and play that for like half a month or a month till this game gets on its feet

If anybody seriously wants to play such a boring, pointless webgame, you should give them the proper link (which would be http://go.everwars.com) rather than pathetically trying to get people to click your personal link through deceptive means. You\'d get more clicks if you just asked politely.

Ahem. PlaneShift is a tech demo (pre-alpha) however you can possibly shape its future by suggesting new and original ideas. Currently there is day/night cycles (to my knowlage, my computer wont run it.) one enviromental effect (rain), one quest, and gems that you can collect and \"trade in\" later on for items. :)

I dont know how good Priston Tale looks/plays like, but im sure PS is on the same level, maybe abit better.

Suggested system requirements is a 1ghz processor (i have half that, see, thats why i can\'t play. very choppy.) a video card with atleast 32mbs, and 512 mb ram. it should be good enough to play it at a decent 15-20 fps but remember this is a tech demo and it doesn\'t have all the \"bells and whistles\" yet, so dont expect much and know it will be choppy (but far better in the final version, of which it will be optimized to run better, faster, and most importantly smoother). possibly by the time PS is done the game industry would\'ve moved up a notch in game quality, but PS will still be unique then, im sure; as its always there getting improved. :]
