Title: Fallen of the map

I dont know where to put this, so i put it here.
By a mistake of me, i jump out of the city. :( i was just looking around and the i fell of the map. no i cant do anything anymore. what should i do?

1. run the updater if you haven\'t allready done so.
2. type /spawn ingame.
