Ares is the God of War in Greek Mythology (or Mars in Norse Mythology). So you\'re going to be a fighter?

Quote from Encyclopedia:
Although Athena was often involved in wars, she did not love the battle just for the excitement. Ares, the God of War, was the one eager to rush in where the fighting was thickest. Strong and handsome, he was always ready to kill. He wore a gleaming helmet with floating plumes, a leather shield on his arm, and a spear of bronze in his hand. All the Greeks feared the wrath of Ares.  :D  8)

I think the norse gods would win in a war with the greek/roman gods. I mean, you have Thor, and Odin.

Welcome, Ares. BTW, Mars is Roman mythology, not Norse.

But the norwegian mythology have Loke and Fenrir and Loke beats greek/roman gods any time, Fenrir is chained to a rock and has problems beating god, (even if he got Balders hand for being a god pup who wears a collar...)

Ragnarok is in norse mythology and is the end days when everything is destroyed, but two of each race will survive so the world will get back to it\'s former days again (fast expalnation).

No one said Mars was of norse mythology. I said Odin and Thor were of norse mythology, not Mars. Check the posts again.

Ares = Greek  Mentioned someplace else.  I probably shouldn\'t even post this.  Meh.  I love that word.  It so totally somes up my world view.  Anywho, can I draw a dragon for planeshift?  And something outdoorsy?  Cause caves have to many polygons....not that I draw with polygons, but for you computer people out there, Im trying to cross the bridge to bring you the idea of complexity for a drawing like that (for me anyway.  poor old sucky me, who gets a \"oh, what the hell is that?  you crazy wacko\" type response to his first art posting.  And it only looked bad cause they took about 5 minutes.  Well, thats a stretch, the mug of Bigfoot only took about 1.25 minutes).

Anyway, picture a 5 million polygon picture.  Yeah, thats sorta what this is like, except not really.  Hmmm.  I dunno.  I suck at stuff I never see , for the purposes of drawing, at least.  So give me a nice landscape.  Like some hills and a castle, and some trees.

I had this cool idea though.  I was thinking, what if I drew a picture of me jumping from the floor of a cave, shoving of the wall midflight as a dodge, and smaking a giant hammer into a Kran\'s chin?  He\'d be reeling back from the blow, with maybe some stone chips flying.  Meh, I should study for those 2 tests this friday huh?  Do you think I\'ll pass?  Or do you think that cause I spend so much time mucking about with stuff like this that\'ll I\'ll blow it altogether?  Hmmm, I think Im better suited to be a couch potato, but anyway.

Landscape sounds nice. Well atleast you CAN draw.  The closest personification of a man i have done is a stick figure.

PS:  GL on the tests
