Ok now I think i have seen it all.
Walked behind the tavern and saw 2 sets of hovering barrels
first square flames and smoke and now hovering barrels.
This is starting to be my kinda game.
Hehehehe
(got a screenshot of the barrels for keep sake)
roflmao!!!
-
Hehe, the hovering barrels are my fualt. You see playing with a levitation spell is not a good idea... :P
-
We all know about the floating barrels... I think the level designer must\'ve been high on something when he was placing those. :)
-
Hey Silvershade, if you haven\'t done so yet, I suggest you try to find a way out of the city (it\'s not har but it requires some trick jumping) and you\'ll see that the barrels are not the only thing that\'s floating in planeshift. ;)

Everything that is \"wrong\" in MB I have the reson: Heavy Magic.
-
Speaking of that, it would be nice to see a city or location in the final version where everything has unusual properties due to excessive magic usage. That\'s a fun idea :)
-
that would be really cool to see.
i have not yet figured out how to leave the city yet. I could use some tips to see some more unusual things
-
Hmm... A Magicio-active city, someone should put that in the Wishlist forum.
The best way (in my opinion) is to get between a sloped tower and the outside wall.
-
I have a certain spot I use to enter or exit the city. I can just take a flying leap and go over the wall. Never fails, either ;)

yeah there are a couple spots like that were you dont need barrels... but my computer freezes alot when i do so

I had a thought on how to help to identify things like floating barrels. In one part of the city you can fall through the floor a little bit. It?s a bug reporting tool that reports your exact camera angle followed by the line of text you type in.
/Gbug I see a floating barrel.
This command would forward a camera angle matrix and ?I see a floating barrel.? to the game masters.
-
why not just take a screenshot?
-
And how exactly would you know where the screen shot came from. Without the camera angle the rest of the information isn\'t worth much. They have to know where to fix the problem not just a picture.
Another problem is screen shots take a lot of memory. A line of text does not

alrighty you win this time Fish! Sounds like a good idea for the next version
-
thats good command to know hopefully i can remember it
-
Sorry there\'s nothing to remember. I am recommending that the developers put this in and won\'t be implemented until they say so. They may decide they don\'t like my idea.
-
oh well sounded like a good idea
-
post it in the official wish list :P
and by the way... I doubt the barrels were put like that accidentally... has anyone noticed anything odd about Hydlaa itself? Theentire town is floating... you can go underneath it.
-
the devs have plenty of time to correct such minor stuff...
-
I think they just kept them seperate for organizational reasons
-
i think they put them there like that to see if anyone was paying attention to the details
