Title: LAN connections

Im currently on a LAN ive got everything working (ie, browesers, msn messenger, and all that) but it says cant connect to the server even if i try the manual number address. Can it be played over a LAN?

Make sure that your firewall, if you have one, isn\'t preventing you from logging on.

I use LAN too, no problems here.. Yeah, be sure to check that your firewall isn\'t blocking ps traffic..

well i can play it on the server computer, but just not on my other 1. Does using a proxy make any diffrene (thats what im using at the moment). I cant play other games accross the internet which i can on my server computer. The firewall im using is zone alarm and the proxy is analogX.

I would say yes, look around for questions relating to proxies, and adjust your config accordingly.
