It\'s an exe program, it should run on it\'s own as long as you havn\'t (for some very, very strange reason) renamed the file and removed it\'s \".exe\" extension.

Either that, or you have a particularly bad virus that I encountered quite some time ago... in which case, you need to run a virus scan pronto.

If all exe programs are doing this, a temporary fix is to change the extension from .exe to .com which are basically the same thing.

Post your system specs for us. Include CPU speed, how much RAM you have and what graphics card you\'re using.

797 Mega Hertz   512MB of RAM

and a 3-d Graphics card. not sure which one but i know it plays games like this cause i\'ve plyed numerous other MMORPGs that are 3-d (I.E Priston Tale)

Hmm... not bad, you have the same amount of RAM as I do... you don\'t seem to have a particularly bad video card either, although without a name it\'s hard to say.

I\'d suggest reinstalling. It sounds to me like something\'s corrupted or missing. I could be wrong... but reinstalling is the best way to know for sure.

Go from the very first step- that is, compiling the .part files with the run_me_first.bat file.

After you\'ve done this, run pssetup.exe and tell me if there\'s any difference... if it works, or if it doesn\'t.
