Ok...i start up the game, once i get to what i suppose to be the \"Main Menu\", i hear music, and i see 3 buttons. The rest of the Backround is WHITE.
Here are the Specs for my PC
Windows 98
Intel Pentium 3
32.0 Ram
I got no clue what my graphics card is so if you say
\" Check if your memory card is supported with OpenGL\"( Which is what i\'m using) Tell me HOW to find out what my memory card is and, where to find compatible cards on the Planeshift Website. Thanks a WHOLE bunch

Hi Babrook. I got the same problem, so I may give you some clues.
I have a Voodoo3 3000 16MB AGP card that worked fine for me (till I find this game ;) ). If I try to run the game in OpenGL mode, I get a white screen (what should be the splash screen). Few seconds later, three buttons appear and, if you are running fullscreen, the mouse pointer is gone.
I found (in my case) that the GLide from 3DFx is not compliant with the OpenGL plugins of the game. So, I managed to run the game in Software (Safe) mode but, in my 1 GHz Athlon with 256 RAM its is toooo slow (about 2 to 4 fps). Wandering around the forum, all the advice I got is to chege my video card. Thus, my GF4 is arriving this week. :]
I recommend you to do the same, and get more RAM too. The FAQs talk about 300+ RAM to run properly.
Nevertheless, you can always check what video card you have in the \"System\" Icon in the control panel. There, click the \"configuration Manager\" and browse the tree to find yor Video Adapter\'s name.
Good Luck.

With 32mb of RAM I\'m suprised you can run Windows, let alone anything else!
Major RAM upgrate needed in your case. I don\'t think you should consider any other solution before you do this.

... He was obviosly talking about his video card and not his ram, i know this cause my comp used to run a GeForce2 w/ 32MB of RAM-recently i upgraded to a GeForce FX 5200 128MB, makes quite a differnace, and to all the ones out there wundering, \"Man im running 256+ RAM, why is it still slow!\" its because it\'s probable SDR, crap RAM, but, more than likely you can\'t upgrade to DDR because your mother board woun\'t be compatable. GL HF.
