Fallout without turn-based combat isn\'t same Fallout anymore :(
It looks like it will be much different from Fallout 1 and 2. I hope this specific humor will stay. And keeping pip-boy would be nice...
but this link you give doesn\'t look like Fallout 3 to me...

I loved the fallout series.

I agree with you though in that leaving turn based is a bad decision. I can think of a number of great games whose sequels were ruined when they went real time.

X-Com for intstance which wasn\'t an RPG per se but was a great tactical combat strategy game. Its Sequel Apocalypse was sadly lacking though mostly because the game went real time and lost a lot of its gameplay in the process.

When I look at those Fallout screenshots, I almost miss the old graphics :P And by not making it turnbased, I feel as though they steal the name, and universe, just to make it sell better..

Speaking of X-Com, look up Necrotech Warfare (http://www.spectresoftware.com/).  It\'s just in Alpha right now, and is certainly small indie company graphics, but I don\'t think a major company would develop something like this.  Yeah and this Fallout 3.... sounds and looks a lot like it\'s gonna be a Diablo rip-off...

But this thing Seperot is showing us isn\'t the Fallout 3.
Fallout 3 is in very early stage i think. Not many news about it.
Actually all i heard is that it actually is being made :P

im think im right this is fallout 3

they converted to ps2 and xbox because the \"consloe games sell more\" idea  i heard about fallout 3 only a short while ago this pics are the first i found

i hope im wrong in this draklar i want areal fallout sequal with all the perks  :))

Well there isn\'t shown \'3\' next to \'Fallout\'.
And besides there is only wroten that it\'s placed in world of Fallout. It isn\'t said that it\'s sequel. Conclusion: This isn\'t Fallout 3. And i\'m not sure - but i think i seen somewhere that Fallout 3 will stay under PC...

Then they are just stealing the name to make it sell better... instead of making up something new, with it\'s own universe..

Actually that game is Fallout Tactics: BOS ported to xbox. It was originally a pc game and yes it was turn based on pc. Dunno why they\'re coming out with crap like this and slapping the name Fallout on it.

Pretty old news, and since then interplay annouced Fallout 3. Today i heard that project crashed, as 4 programists left the team :(

yea i saw that a while back....thats what mainly made me think that the x-box-ps2 version was it cause it was a while back

as for the 4 guys leaving **grabs head** there MAD they have the possibility of making the best game ever they have it all why waste it why whyyyyyyy!!!!
