I\'m trying to connect to the planetshift.fragnetics.com server but the program tells me\"there is an error on the database on your account\".what should I do?

First read the FAQ or an other help file since this problem is known, known and probably re-known.

But as I see you are lazy do this:

go on the main site of planeshift, Section Download, the Official Server then click on the only server then delete an invalide account.

I\'m not very kind in english so can you explain me all I have to do to play planetshift from the beginning?please help me

Your account was in a bad state, which prevented you from logging into the game.

I have deleted your account for you, you can now safely remake your account in PlaneShift and try to log in again.

If you encounter any more problems, don\'t hesitate to ask.
