Sorry people to bother you with this stupid thread, it\'s just that it has been AWFULLY long time since i\'ve entered this forum *looks at registration date* wow wow wow this makes me one of the oldest around aye?

Wow... Before you can fly and sink through floors? Ah sorry, nowadays we can only made big jump during lag, climbing vertical walls and falling out of the world (the last one is really funny)

I have little or no clue as too who you are, but if you are an oldy, you are welcome in my heart. We must segregate ourselves from the growing \"new-by\" populus by baricading them in a deep pit of stuff that\'s not so nice. (for the lack of a better term)

Okay, maybe I didn\'t literally mean \'experienced\', but it\'s the only word I could think of at the time. Maybe I just meant \"I wouldn\'t call myself an oldbie, but I wouldn\'t call myself a newbie either\".
[Edited: Btw the only reason I have my own title is because I didn\'t want to be called a \'King\'. :P It\'s nothing special.]

Well, Kada has been a King forever, which is why I think it is viewed as \"special\" you weren\'t a King very long, I think that she should be able to get hers changed as well...if she wants to that is

I thought the title was a \'special\' rank for Moogie, nice to hear we can choose it if we want. Yay, I would like a queen rank instead of King too, thanks Kiern :D

Yea, ya see it is never a wise choice to give someone a special rank.
Others will become jealous and will want one too. Not really the best of decissions a dev can make imo.
Allthough I think noone is jealous of Link\'s special rank ;)

Yeah, that\'s what I was just thinking right after I posted Keldorn, but I think it is fair that girls can be called Queen...but as long as it\'s all of them, not just Moogie...and so it is special right now.

Well if it means anything, I didn\'t directly ask for it to be changed. I was in a conversation with a few people and I\'d just become a King. I complained a little about the ranks being all masculine, so suddenly it was changed and I was very thankful for it.
But as people are seeing it as some kind of special rank for me, I\'d rather not have it. I will speak with Venge and ask him to change it back to normal, or give Kada, and any other females at \'King\' status, the same as me. It is unfair that I\'m the only \'Post Queen\' so in order to keep everything fair I\'ll make sure one or the other happens as soon as possible.
Sorry if it caused any jealousy for you, Kada, or anyone else. :(

You people need to get a life! who cares if Moogs has a special rank(that really isnt that special) If Kada or anyone else wanted to be a Queen they prob wud have asked... and teh reason why they haven\'t is most likely because they jsut dont care whether they are a king or queen... why cant moogie be a queen if she wantes to??

I changed Mogura\'s because having a rank of King with 750 posts (meaningful posts!) takes a lot of work and she deserved a non-masculine rank. I never changed Kada\'s because she simply never talked to me about it and I never noticed. I know it may sound wild to some of you, but I don\'t care about the titles and never look at them. :-)
Since Kada has asked as well now, I have changed hers also.

I don\'t look at the ranks either, because I wouldn\'t want people to think of me as being spammer, because of my post count.. If people act nice, and are comitted to the community they are all the same to me, regardless of rank :)

It\'s not a big thing, Keldorn said that as a joke and Moogie said she didn\'t view it as special, so I thought it would be nice if Kada could have hers changed as well...so look at that, no harm done and we have a tavern queen :)

Well, just because it is already second version pre-alpha tech doesn\'t mean it\'s bug free aye? :D It\'s far from bugfree. But everybody involved with the creation of Planeshift does his best to make this the best game ever...It WILL be the best game ever :D
Nothing bad with falling thru floors...reminds us to watch our steps :D

Very true, Izzy. There\'s no better way to make us watch our steps, then letting us fall through the floors. But still... I\'m sure our developer friends don\'t like us falling through the floors, and I\'m sure they\'ll fix it, however, I\'m sure they\'ll implement some other features that will make us watch where we\'re going, like one-second insta-teleport pods, that only work the sencond you stand on them, and there\'s no reverse-teleport pod... That would be fun :D

Planeshift will be the best game ever :D It is already good now, but now it\'s mostly thanx to the wonderful community :D And later...A wonderful game + a wonderful community, what can you possibly want more aye? :D

Anywho, Izzy, you can\'t be sure that this community will be the same when PlaneShift gets to become the wonderful game that we all want it to be. The community might just change into the oh-so-feared R00nSk4p3 community. However, I believe our beloved development crew wouldn\'t allow that. :D

Well, gron, if the community stays as it is now, it will be allright. I don\'t want anybody to come here and spoil everything, and that wont happen either, cuz the mods will take care of that :D (Wont ya, moogie? :)) )
And ofcourse you have to treat ladies good, a gentleman is obliged to treat a lady good or he would have troubles with himself :))
