Title: says servers down

ok i dont know how to tell if i have a firewall up or not i have a dell xps with windows xp and im using a cable wireless router any ideas or suggestions?
problem: says server is not up

If you have a router you probably have a firewall aswell, most routers have a firewall. You can see if the server is up or down here (http://planeshift.fragnetics.com).
