I\'ve been getting crashes with the following
exit text.
Psclient has caused an error in sndwaveout.dll.
Did a basic search on the forum and did\'nt come up
with anything.
Anyone else getting this and know how to
rectify it?
Os: Win ME
CPU: p4 , 1.4M
ram: 128
Video: nvdia geforce2 gts/geforce2 pro
sound: santa cruz
Need any other info pls post :D
Thanks for any help provided.

There are two causes of this that I personally know of from my own experience.
Firstly, if you\'re playing music or any other application that is using your soundcard at the same time as PlaneShift, it will generate this error.
Secondly, a fatal crash in another program that was using your soundcard can make this error appear every time you try to load PS.
Try rebooting and don\'t run any other programs at the same time as playing this. Does this help? :)
