When I get connected, the game is incredibly slooooowww. If I hit the arrow key to turn my character, it takes it a full minute or longer to make the movement. Any suggestions will be appreciated!

Most systems have lag in this version of the game, since it\'s very early in development (no more than a pre-alpha tech demo actually)
but If I was to take a guess, I\'d blame it on your graphics card.. :P

Try lowering the resolution and colourdepth you use. Also run the Updater.exe program for PS and see if performance increases.

You\'ll lag no matter what you do on MB, at least at certain points...if you want it to be lag-free you will just have to wait

I\'ve had the best experience with full screen, res: 1024*768...
but that might also differ from machine to machine,...

Lag is inescapable in the current version, if it will make you feel better, my char cannot move at all currently. :)

yeah, it\'s still at the very early stages of the making. programmers are still trying to solve the problems and improve the game.

Maybe this will help.
I\'m currently getting between 0-4 fps. I have sound turned off and game resolution set at 800x600 with 16bit color. Running in Open GL mode.
My system is a Athlon 1100mhz
512 DDR Ram
Geforce2 Ti 64 DDR video
7200 ATA/100 HD
