We ran into 7 pages with the last thread hence the new one.
A quick summary of the last thread:
Is evil as necessary as good? The people say yes.
Evil in the realms: Xordan, Talias , Azriel, Grymmnor, Bododar and the unnamed ones join the corruption.
The Cabal Code of Conduct-
In accordance with popular opinion I am of the mind that we should have some kind of code of conduct. But the decision is not mine alone. All Cabali have an equal right to vote. The decision will finally be taken by consensus.
Let me clarify here that I\'ll not author this rule book. It will comprise of your suggestions which the council will finally compile. Rather than a DONTs list, it will be more of a Cabal constitution on the basis of which Cabali will be judged by the council.
Considering we have one of the fastest growing and most powerful guilds in the PS realms, it is becoming of us to indulge the weak and cowardly a little.;)
So vote my Brethren: yea or nay?

you are a rouge. the use of spys is practicly in the job discription. you think we havn\'t thought of that?

someone can also become a merchant and join your guild but in the mean tim he has another character that is member of our guild in that case you will never know now will you.
and perhaps we already did that or maybe we didn\'t who will know.

Yes, I think The Cabal has outgrown the Jerk classification. We\'ll still be doing that but now we are more of pure Evil. The Jerk category was fun to begin with and profitable (it still is profitable ;)). But I did state once that we intended to graduate into deeper evilness. However we are not lame Lawful or crappy Neutral or Foolish Chaotic Evil. We are just plain evil encompassing all the three and more. We\'ll still be doing everything for power and money but to be just Jerks wouldn\'t satisfy our ultimate craving to rule all that there is. We needed more strategy and cunning.
Don\'t worry though you\'ll all still die in more ways than you can imagine. And your lives will still become hellish if you dont give in to us. ( I suggest you save yourselves the pain and give in now)
But recently I have been noticing concern that we might spoil gameplay for one and all. Not that I wont enjoy spoiling your little hero charades :D. But I am concerned that this might scare away potential gamers. We need more players here. When it comes to carnage the more the merrier ;). I am also against cheating at the game. Therefore I suggest to my Cabali brethren that we have a Code of Conduct that will clearly demarkate the criterion under which the general player might fall prey to The Cabal. However this will not hold for other established guilds, just the average gamer on the street and the budding Guilds. That will let them know when they have cause for fear.
To this end I would also like to state that it would help if the Devs gave us a final rulebook for the game.
However the decision is not mine to make as I previously stated. I need the consent of all Cabal members to go ahead with the plan.

yes well anyway we could play mindgames all day long with no outcomes. (well ofcourse I would win, I\'ve playing with ppls minds when you were a little rangerling hunting frogs in your backyard. i just dont want you to look too bad. The Cabal will do that in-game ;)).
Right now I am more concerned with the Code of Conduct thingy. What you could do to help is suggest what rules might be neccessary to ensure fun and fair gameplay. So let those opinions flow our way. But I would like to make a request that dont post too many rules at once. Limit it to about five in one post. I dont want Deos recurrences ;).

3) ...hmrf...I was thinking for a long time, what else must limit u...I quess, nothing more. Be evil, lie to everyone, try to backstab every guildleader, try to bring Chaos and Horror everywhere, so then I\'ll have real reasons to hate and fight with u. (fun for me)

To all cabali-
Hail brethren, now I don\'t like to nag but I really must emphasize on your votes. I\'m held up without them. And those of you who wouldn\'t like to use the forum can mail me. Follow Xordan and Azriels footsteps and vote. This is really important for the guild and PS as a game.

To the fools bickering with Reydan on the earlier thread-
Let it rest. If the guy thinks he\'s neutral, hell that should be enough! Learn that there is no changing other\'s opinions. The best you can do is bend them to accomodate yourselves.

ok Auran... from now on I stop fighting with your guild. It seems that you aren\'t real jerks. Starting from Bobo, he is very liked in-game. I guess he\'s even good friend of Head Guardian in Defenders. Bobo might be saying, or doing annoying things from time to time, but i guess he\'s ok. Azriel... Azriel kinda stoped being jerk on those forums... and in-game he (she?) was pretty nice i think. Ok, so maybe it was just hiding fact that he\'s from Cabal, but he was nice and that\'s all that matters i guess... You Auran stoped being jerk i think... maybe you are posting some threats, or are laughing at someone, but that isn\'t REALLY jerky, it just shows your evil allignment and your points of view. Ok so there\'s Xordan too... he\'s not doing anything but acting a little childish and telling some lies from time to time... again, that doesn\'t mean someone is jerk... I don\'t know about others, i didn\'t really seen them doing anything (or i forgot?).
So for now i stop. Let\'s see how you guys will be acting in future releases, for now you aren\'t acting like real jerks.
And yes, i was blinded by your statements about your guild :D
Perhaps we\'ll meet on battlefield, but only time will show that :)

Eh? Are you sure you\'re not a member of the Cabal? You\'re more of a Jerk than Auran (no offense intended, of course), hell, you could be the leader! Although, you\'re no idiot, you caught on to the hipocracy of the Cabal pretty quickly. ;)

Attention:
The council, in view of our rapidly growing numbers, has formally decided that all recruitment of higher ranks be stopped with immediate effect. All recruitment henceforth will be restricted to the entry level rank of \'Cabali\' with the exception of \'Wraith(sleeper)\'. However the promotion system, prior to CB , will be such as to ensure quick ascension. The promotion system mentioned on the Guild website will only be implemented when appropriate( in all likelyhood after CB release). All interested are requested to apply by filling up our form.

The problem with our recruitment is not many of the interested parties want their identities to be know for obvious reasons:D. But nevertheless things are coming along just fine.

The cabal is not intelligent enough to use me as their weapon of destruction.
It\'s not i that need them it is they that need me.
They need a leader that can bring them to victory, but the counsil is taking bribes from other\'s.
They only think of themselves, therefor the guild will never reach a strong status, and in the end will be destroyed.

Anyhow I must say that you have missed a great opportunity. Only recently have we closed recruitment for higher ranks. If you decide to join us now you will have to start out a Cabali. But if you are worthy of all that you say I can assure you of a rapid ascension in rank. So decide.

Anyhow that still doesn\'t prejudice me in anyway. I still say I like the guy. He\'s got the passion(and he speaketh latin:D). But unfortunately at the moment it appears to be the only thing he\'s got.

Drachion, unless you gain some sort of power to change the direction of the Cabal, it\'s not worth the trouble. The current crowd are completely worthless. If you don\'t find it to your liking, start your own. I\'ll join.
Also, I figured out why the Cabal goes for publicity. It\'s for recruiting. If they didn\'t show off, they wouldn\'t get new members.

As with the Cabal, I took maybe 20 minutes before I figured out how much Drachion sucks. And one of his suckiness deserves the fellowship of the Cabal. I mean, this guy scores lower than a Seperot.
