Title: hey, were am I...?

I\'d really like to be able to SEE my character as I\'m walking through the game, instead of feeling like I\'m traped inside a 1st person shooter. ugh. Also, moving around is dificult, and sometimes dosent work.

As strange as it may seem, the official PS website (http://www.planeshift.it) has all the info you need on controls and getting started. Who would\'ve known, eh...?

It would be really great if I could move forward and backward instead of feeling like I am trapped in one spot in this huge world.  I\'d like for someone to implement moving, please.

The post deserved a harsher response.  The poster should have checked the newbie section before posting. Something like....

          Bad, Bad, Bad Drigowen

          READ THE DAMN FAQ!!!

Since I am new here myself I will leave that kind of language to more senior members.

Hmm, and what purpose would that serve? Pissing him off? Really, that is no way to handle this.

Sure he should\'ve read the FAQ and done some research, but you can say that aswell in a polite manner. People generally tend to listen if you are reasonable and don\'t start yelling at them.

Just point them politely in the right direction, no need to start any fights over a simple newbie question.

Heh if you look you\'ll see that was his only post, seems the responses discouraged him from posting again anywhere, or he just made a new account, i know im just a \'silly lil\' n00b\' but still despite our base urges to n00b flame we should wait until thier nice and settled....THEN Flame them for something they did ages ago and probably wont remember.  :]
