Title: Mug Hunt!
Post by: DevotedEternal on October 14, 2003, 04:21:33 am: The Forsaken Ones will be holding it\'s first public event. We will hide a mug somewhere in the city and whoever finds it keeps the mug and an additional prize. It will be held on Friday, October 17, 2003, 10:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. When going from EST to GMT you add 5 hours...not subtract...so it is actually 3 am GMT ;)

Great idea with the mug hunt, shame about the time in Europe though. Wish I could join in but I either would have nodded off at that time or wouldn\'t be able to get up.

You can easily stay awake till it\'s daylight again, just don\'t lie down. :P

Xalthar: Not everyone can afford anything faster than a 56k. Also, unless you live in a reasonably populated area, you most likely won\'t have access to any other type of connection. At least that\'s how it is in Britain... money hungry BT charge us for everything while Americans get the Internet for free. :(

heh, Americans are also the ones with the most crappy connections :P
Good thing I have almost free internet :rolleyes: the wonders working in the right firm can do..

Maybe with a time-stamp from start of the hunt till the \"finish\" - to compare with future hunts?

Since the first person to _greet_ Windwalker after his ready-steady-GO was said to be the winner.

(He hid on the first floor of Kada\'s by the way ;)
