First of all welcome to the plane shift community. :]

I want everybody to notice this is his first post.  Expecting this guy to plow through over 53,000 posts to find an appropriate thread to post the city seems a bit much for person who just got here.  Just explained how to used the search engine and realize you were new ones to.

The search system is located under the plane shift logo on the yellow rectangle.  At this time the city wish list on the wish list thread is quite active.  This thread was started by Drilixer a WTB member.  This means if the developers like your idea it will more likely be implemented which makes it the single most effective place to place your city.  

It would be helpful if you included more detail on your city.  You have a reasonable skeleton but you need to fill it in a little more.
