Title: Other explanation
Post by: Kylum on October 26, 2003, 11:29:08 pm
FOR ISP i dont want to say they\'ll do player pay for it but only to offer game like freeware, or else with their connection, people can play to mmorpg for free art all
With help of planeshift and fragnetics and isp,
Everyone will be happy and find his count.

For server, with data server for caracteristic and save in fragnetics, wont it be posible for client player to look after monster position, number,.... in client for zone not for gold, XP, and other only for monster position, number, displacement, target,..... or player displacement only

Everything else will be host by server in fragnetic.
It will be a good compromize.
Cost less in Bandwith for U
KEEP UP GOOD WORK, Its a pleasure to come in this world, its a pleasure with beautriful graphics, if roleplay is important with magic and healer, ..... politicians,... It will be the decennie game !
There a french project (i think) which try to do a mmorpg for free. Its http://www.Milcis.NET
Bye see you next time

FOr magazine who speak about you its PCTEAM a french video game magazine who made an little article on you.
Saying its a good start, that\'s a game to survey, look after, who\'ll promize ;))

whemy - Simply just another post telling the devs they\'re being stupid for doing nothing client-side, but I believe Venge\'s reply to that is \"Too easy hackable,\" and I must say that is true. Anything run clientside can be modified in some way or another. It\'s not a problem that can be dealt with, it\'s simply a fact, and there\'s no other way to deal with it then to wait until it happens, and patch up the holes.

It\'s twice as bad for open source projects; the hackers don\'t even have to go through the trouble of reverse-engineering  :(

Yeah I thought for a second there that my brain had started to shut down or something trying to read that.    But I figured it out in the end.
