I was very disturbed to find out from an allied informer in the Cabal Council Core that evanchild had agreed to pass on information regarding Mirth to Grymmnor. This was in exchange for immunity to Cabal harrassment. Evanchild, I am very dissapointed. And Grymmnor you bloody worm, stay away from Mirth. Don\'t ever try it again! If you do, I\'ll know.
Just so that there is no confusion or doubts, this source is completely reliable and trustworthy. The information comes from a spy deep inside the Cabal\'s command structure. What I find particularly ironic is that the Cabal was planning to betray evanchild anyway after he had spied for them. Let this be a lesson to all Cabal spies and informers.
I hereby declare evanchild an enemy (of Mirth), and request that our allies follow suit. We do not see evanchild\'s actions as acceptable, and they will not go without punishment.
I would also like to make it clear that it was not a spontaneous, spur-of-the-moment decision to annouce this. I have had this information for about 2 days, and carefully considered what to do with it. I consulted with my allies, and Mirth members. This is not a sudden urge based on half-baked intel.

I\'m not going to let evanchild get away with this, because I don\'t want any decent guilds to let him join only to be betrayed. As for losing our informer, they will have no way of knowing who it is. Even if they do, we have.... nevermind.
As for Mirth\'s secrets, you think you know everything about us? We have many secrets, many of which would hurt us and other guilds if they fell into Cabal hands. I will not take the chance of those secret being used against us.

This is, indeed, most disturbing. As an ally of the Mirth Guild, the Rangers shall support Mirth in what ever actions they take on this matter. So, as of now, I declare Evanchild is also an enemy of the Rangers Guild and is considered a traitor to the peoples of Yliakum. I suggest that other guilds that support peace and independance from the Cabal follow suit.
The Rangers know of Mirth\'s source and also believe it to be most credible.

Hey, @@$ grabbing morons, stay away from Mirth, they are the only half decent guild in this half backed game. As for the Cabal harrasment, I find it amusing that it actually irritated someone. However half-pint, he was not mentally stable to start with anyway, and I find it funny that he agreed to peddle information just to stop the harrasment. NARK!!!

It\'s a guild problem and should be kept a guild problem. If you want to let your allies know then just tell them. Announcing it for everyone to see and all-out insulting someone just shows carelessness.

io think he was trying to put my name down as a reputable lyer or some such? but maybe he shouldn\'t have trusted information from a cabal member esspecially since that is a group i make fun of on an hourly basis. they just can\'t take it. and they will never do what they want to. There directions to accomplish what they want are to mislead by the media.

Actually, it is of public concern. The Cabal is a threat to everyone, thusly members and supporters of The Cabal should be made public. Cabali are traitors to everyone in Yliakum, I think you should be thanking Half-Pint for his public service, rather than degrading him.

I\'m not degrading or insulting anyone. And my opinion has nothing to do with who or what did anything. If you hate a certain guild then fine. Not everyone does. They have every right to do what they want. What I was pointing out was the way it was done, to just outright insult someone over the public forums. As I said that is careless.

Aendar, I see your point, but I don\'t want other guilds to be infiltrated by Cabal either. They should be grateful I\'m letting them know, whether they believe it or not is their choice.

i did discuss such an action months ago but i was never actually planning on doing it. This happened right when we allied a long time ago. then he asked for info on the plans we had. somehow he knew we had plans. but i wasn\'t going to tell him. i didn\'t think a guild based on hapiness and true prosperity would have anything to hide. and the other secret was partly mine to and i never give my own secrets out for a price.

BTW-
Let me assure you that evil doesn\'t essentially mean betrayal and backstabbing. That part comes along only when things aren\'t profitable enough as they are. I assure you we have no ulterior motive in recruiting you yet. If you prove worth your salt then that\'ll never have to happen;).

i would still like to see these screen you speak of because i have told shadowmancer my ways of deciding if they are legit. i updated an earlier post so read up.
and if you think i disbanded GM to join mirth your wrong. it died because i got 4 visitors a month to the site and i figure CB would be coming out soon.
and im nto going to give in because i didn\'t do anyhting but stir the guy up a bit. as you see he wanted specifics and i gave none. this happened so long ago i didn\'t even remember what you were talkign about.

Do you really think all forums are visible to the public? There are some forums that can\'t be seen unless you have the right permissions.
Regardless of whatever new arguments you bring up, evanchild, I know that you are guilty. The leaders of Mirth\'s allies know it too, so you can deny it all you want. I believe I have accomplished my goal with this thread, which was to prevent others from being betrayed by you. The people who really matter believe me, and I thank them for their trust. It is my opinion that Evanchild was a threat, he no longer is. He is, as Drak is about to say, a WASTE OF TIME.

I have full confidence in Mirth\'s accusations against Evanchild, and nothing will make me believe any differant. Now Auran has all but confirmed the accusations, and now has implemented this gag-order. I also thank Kiern for supporting Mirth.

NEVER. im not even going to join. i just want them to give up. I want you to have soem hard evidence i did this to prove im innocent. Kiern PMed me with some interesing stuff, basicly he says that he wants me to moderate these boards, but the more important issue that he wanted to discuss with me was how much Everchild lied about all this stuff he lied about.
I\'ve been a supporter of Mirth ever since the first leader, what\'s his face, Yan-K, or something along those lines. And if it was not for the lack of general motivation, I would discontinue my evil ways, and try to join Mirth, but meh...
Anyway, sounds like a lie, and Alucard will get to the bottom of this pit, even if it means cavity search after cavity search... *puts on rubber cloves*

yheres something fishy yes. i never have or will agree to the cabal to help them. maybe i just disband my guild at the perfect time but before that i hadn\'t been on the boards for a while. you can even search my name for lack of activity and such. I want you to show some screens to prove i did this otherwise its like giving a guy the death sentence for quitting his job. that\'s not fair. not fair at all. if you have the screens why are you hiding them? are they clearly doctered as i said? And with half pint not replying anymore he just gives in. It\'s nto over all your proof is just he said she said. In real life and if you put me on trial you never could have gotten it into the court room. you need evidence hard cold evidence that i want to see because there is none. If i truly did this i would have confessed right off the bat, appologized and joined cabal./ but i don\'t want to join cabal. hell i can\'t stan auran and his little asswipes he calls members.

OK, I said I would not post here any more, but I have recieved a few PMs asking for proof. I ask you people to look closely at evanchild\'s screenshot of his PMbox. It has 2 PMs from Grymmnor. (And only one from Auran!) And why is one of the PMs from Grymmnor titled \"Mirth\"? :P
I will not make public screens in which evanchild agrees to sell information, but I will give screenshots that should at least make you see that he was lying when he said he didn\'t talk to Grymmnor. My source was very clear about that, and..l. anyway, I\'m not going to get into that. I will merely present the evidence I can and hope that you guys see the truth. Thanks.

One of them (*String of curse words*) is from me when I found out what he\'d done. Another one is clearly a merger proposal from Auran. Another one seems to be the one quoted earlier in this thread. (\"Are you sure?\")
The last one is from Grymmnor with the subject \"Mirth\". I would be VERY interested in what\'s in that PM.
Oh, and I\'d like to be able to see the dates on those PMs if possible. It\'s too small atm.

OK, I have put two pictures I feel are safe up on a site. Only one of them is actually mine, and the other is from the Cabal forums. The message in that one was posted by Auran after Grymmnor posted specific information on the forums. I am not going to give any more specific information, so don\'t ask. (And yes, I know this evidence will be flamed to hell and back because it\'s only circumstantial. I\'m willing to accept that.)

ok i had to ask shadowmancer where the forums were in the first place to looka t them. you notice the mirth titled one was nto replied to. and to see the dates you can zoom in.
the date on the \"mirth\" one is the 27th of october. it says something about information yes. but i never replied to it, let alone know what in hell he was talking about.

From my completely neutral viewpoint, I won\'t believe any of these accusations untill there\'s been some proof presented. So far it\'s just Evan\'s word against Mirth... I\'m sure this whole thing could be settled much easier if you just showed us the screenies!

Well traitor or not I have noticed everyone has been givin Eva a hard time lately. Its a game dudes and dudettes. People cheat at games and go on with their lives. Stop taking it so seriously. i already told halfpint that cabal wanted info when the first sent me the messages. and recently i told him i discussed it but a deal would have been closed by now if it was going to happen because the conversations took place long ago.

at the time iw asn\'t wanting to join. i was an ally and giving this information would have hurt me more than mirth because my guild was smaller and more suceptable to attack.
it would be easier if i could tell you the info but i can\'t because half pint hasn\'t given me permission to. and giving it would not be good.

I think Grymm was just showing that you were clearly lying when you said this, evanchild. Anyway, I\'d like to get away from all this finger-pointing and useless back-and-forth. It\'s going nowhere fast.
If the result of the Evanchild expose was that Grymmnor had to be exposed, I think it\'s worth it. To prevent the Cabal from infilitrating any other good guild is certainly Mirthful, although I regret the loss of a spy in Cabal. :)

Okay I feel all needs to be told now. Believe it or not what I say is what I know to be the truth. I wont offer evidence as I don\'t care. It has no consequence for me or The Cabal. I am doing this for Eva regardless of what he thinks of us and also because the truth needs to be told.
Grymmnor is no different from Halfpint. He was just an alt char. We knew about him from day one. How I wont tell. He was trying to get eva as a guild spy in mirth. Why god knows. Maybe he felt he needed to show some activity to convince us. Anyhow he was having trouble convincing Eva. He had already informed us that he would also give away Eva if he showed insubordination and also requested us not to contact Eva. But I did it anyway because I knew who Grymm was. Evanchild didnot agree upon anything. So I think Halfpint set him up to be spy. He cannot produce evidence of what info eva sold or even if he agreed since there is none. Now I, in halfpint\'s shoes, would quickly forge evidence. So any evidence he presents now is inconsequential. If he really had any he would have shown them long ago.
I don\'t know why he chose Eva or why he gave him away when he did. All I know is that all that unquestioningly believe him are fools. The mirth guild should reconsider a backstabbing fellow as Half as their leader. A person who betrays his friends for no reason is the worst kind of lowlife. Even the Cabal wouldn\'t recruit such a guy. Shame on you Half.
Maybe you wont believe me but thats your problem not mine. All Cabal Corruptors know this to be true. Now that said, i\'ve done my good deed for the month.

Auran is telling the truth, Auran, cousnil member of the weak, and tiny cabal guild, is showing his true nature. From the post he made, we can clearly see he is studying to become a lawyer or a tax person thingy.

Evanchild is set free from all charges, so the judge said.

I didn\'t need to hide my identity. i didn\'t do anything. I didn\'t spy on cabal or mirth or whoever.
since halfy is being a lazy ass here is what the cabal was after. they were after info. not after m joining mirth and getting them anything.
Mirth and defenders and allies are attacking cabal and taking them out very early ingame. they have plans on removing any cabal rebirth too. just thought you would want to know if you wanted to maybe prepare?
