wetherwre fearless or foolish is for the viewers discression, we fear little, and we are a good guild in the way that we are not useless diots ikecertain otherguilds who think they no more they they should.

on the ither hand we are a neutrally alligned guild

Fear is a tool. Like a hammer strikes an anvil; fear should strike an opponent. We mercenaries are masters of fear; able to control our own, and our opponents.

No, we are chaotic, and we know how to do what we do effectively. Intentionally causing suffering IS the nature of evil. Our direct intention is not to cause suffering, but to earn money. If the former was the case then we would be evil.

Warfare is what we do, and so it depends on your standpoint; is war intrinsically evil? Can warfare be justified?

Most of the current good aligned guilds are warrior guilds, or have warrior elements, and so they must have realised war is a necessary evil. War can bring about changes for good; changes that will reduce suffering.

However, we as mercenaries prefer not to make judgements about the morality of what we do. Because to us it makes no difference where the gold comes from or what the result of our actions will be; we simply do the job and get paid. We are cold hearted, impassive, detached, and ruthless; we do what we are paid to and we do it well. This is not evil.

Evil burns with a desire and passion just as strong as good. Where Good desires to protect innocence and righteousness, Evil lusts to destroy it; to bring about suffering and pain. We on the other hand are neutral bystanders who have watched this plight and seen a business opportunity within it.
