Title: PlaneShiftV0.2.010.exe doesn't run

I downloaded all the files and ran the \'run_me_first.bat\',
It created this file called \'PlaneShiftV0.2.010.exe\' but when I open that file, it shows the window for a second then closes and nothing else happens.

I use windows XP home, with 2ghz and plenty of ram and video mem.

oh I see why!

I tried to download files but it downloaded the html errors so i had to download from the mirror and the ones from the mirror got renamed with an extra \'(1)\'

I had to delete the html errors and rename the real files

:)

I have this same problem but my files are named correctly. What can i do?

This is a faitly common problem.  Read the instructions on the download page for checking MD5s, check them, and redownload the files that don\'t match.  That should solve the problem.
