So... what is this thred about? Lag extremaly normal, almoust everyone had lag. Dunno if you can solve this with a new video card.
-
i asked everyone ingame and they said they are not getting any lag, even the 56kers......................
-
they\'re joking. :P
I have a good comp and a 1024kb/s net and it lags...
-
hm ok, i\'ll buy new card anyways i wanna use my money.. i can\'t keep it for much onger! >_<
-
hey, im not a computer nerd but I was thinking, could it be due to your ram?
You didnt post how much RAM your comp has and I know for me the game can barely run cus i only have 108mb or so RAM. I am also using windows XP which is horrible since most of the RAM I do have is being used to substain it.
-
i got 128ram and video card mem is 32mb
i am running on 800X600 (16bit)
-
There is one factor... PS requre at least 256MB RAM. If u wanna buy a new grap. card, buy a GeForce FX 256MB RAM and your set for the future :)
-
lol too late i already bought the geforce fx5200 lol, im gonna save up another $200 or more for a 256 ram >_<
that will take me another few month cuz i got no job ^^
-
hehe geforce fx5200 sucks, buy ATI 9800pro now!
-
You should be able to get 256mb ram for $100, or 512mb ram for $180......unless they cost a lot wherever you live.

no disrespect, but is that your opinion, or are you doing the \"fanboy\" thing?
Donkey, that geforce fx5200 was a good choice....ESPECIALLY for the money :P it runs all modern games at 1024*768 w/ no problems.....America\'s Army 2.0, Enenmy Territory, etc. but you still need to upgrade your ram, because w/o enough ram, the card won\'t do you much good. you should be able to find a 512mb stick of pc-2700 ram for about $100
