One of the first things I\'ll do is see if there\'s any healing magic. If there is, I\'ll practice it on everyone who walks by. :D
If not, I\'ll annoy people to code some in. :)

i will look at snow dieing from jumping down the wall,then jump from a not so high wall and go to moogie to get healed:))
and i hope there wil be some azure spells too.

That\'s pretty much it fro me too. Everyone will go searching for trouble, but I\'ll stay back and let the greedy get beaten! I\'m no pathfinder, let them do the work.

Simple: find a spear and practice it on smth - not player of course. I think in CB we\'ve got to help each other get used to this whole new world...

Probably exploring carefully the world, trying to find the shop and the place where monsters are enough weak.

Get some simple magic or become a kran warrior.
Go out and kill things. Explore.
Sell stuff to make cash.
Desperately try to figure out quests.(*crosses fingers* please let NPC\'s be easier to understand! :D)

I will scream AARRRGGHH and rush to find something to kill, then I will realize I dont have any weapons and havent trained any skills and probably get myself killed.

I\'ll create a new character each day, logging on to Hydlaa Plaza, try to attack Moogie and scream

I agree with icefalcon. But I think our entire clan will go out buy a sword and hunt down quest items and stuff for people. (for money too). But I hope they have sound effects for swords. *swoooosssshhhhh* My mouf is getting tired with all the *swoooosssshhhhh* ing.

Is it really so that I\'m the only person who\'s actually going to download CB as the first thing? Gee... I thought you guys couldn\'t wait for it, but you won\'t even download it.. :D Oh well.

Well for starters i\'ll create new character and if i can i\'ll be that acient human race (with pale skin you know) and will be Red Way adept then try couple of spells on mobs....and say MOUAHHAHAH...but/find a weapon...like swords...and cut someoen down...this will be fun...hope \"lag\" will be less...

in CB? well, i\'ll try to compile, then realize i need to get a more recent version of CS, then get that from CVS, them configure and make, then realize it doesn\'t work, they try some more for a few hours, then get mad, then shout a lot, then play GAV or vegastrike

Hmmm, I wonder what I\'m going to do when I get into CB...
I know! Find the most efficient way of killing enemies, gain loot, then start trading for everthing in the game, and henceforce become the Magic Shoppe!
BTW Rulzern: the binary distribution ships with the latest stable version of CS and CEL, so you shouldn\'t have to worry about compiling them.

Here\'s a list:
1) Try to climb up onto one of the roofs. See if I can drop stuff over the side as people walk by.
2) Yell, \"Hey, anybody want some weapons? I\'ve got like six to give out\", then run away as people try to approach.
3) Kill stuff, try to pick up corpses. If I can, I\'ll litter the fountain area with corpses.
4) Hit a whole bunch of enemies once and run away. See how many I can get to follow me around, then try to get them to attack other players as I run by.
5) Order some beer. Drink it. Yell old english profanities.
6) Follow someone around. If they notice me, try to hide behind a crate or a rock or something.
7) Stand at the temple doorway yelling \"YOU SHALL NOT PASS!\" to people who try to get in.
8) Stand in the fountain, yelling \"I claim this fountain in the name of Gortog, the almighty.\"
9) Try to make an NPC angry.
and 10) Start a fake bar fight.
... all in a day\'s work...

Those ten things are a very good first thing. Oh, and you can have a real bar fight with me if u want. (If there happens to be a bar with PVP :D )

In my D&D playgroup, this guy drags around corpses of monsters then tosses them into rooms to set off traps... you should be able to do that in PS. :)

1) find a glitch in the game that gives my weapon either 4294967295 or 2147483647 damage, assuming the developers are using a 4 byte integer for weapon damage.
2) try to kill everyone with that weapon
3) start cursing when #2 fails
4) try to kill an npc
5) curse even more when that npc kills me
wait a second....if a weapon did 4294967295 damage plus damage from char stats that would mean the number would roll over and only do stat damage.

in that case i\'ll just take a weapon that does 1 mil damage.

Once in game I\'ll explore the world, test magic, combat etc. for a few hours, then I\'ll get back to the plaza and continue to use PS as a big 3D IRC channel :-P

Everything in this world is is new to me so I will probably still be trying to figure out how to untarget! Once I get it through my thick skull that I just can?t do that no matter how many times I try I will go exploring. It?s in my nature to explore every nook and cranny, so ill probably be stuck in a corner somewhere for hours! :D

I will write some spells that will be in CB here:
Crystal Way is currently the only one active
Life infusion (This is yours, Moogie :) )
By means of this spell the wizard is able to instill pure energy in a creature. The energy, which has healing effects, is less powerfull but similar to the energy of the Great Crystal.
Flame spiral
Around the wizard appers a spiral of flames lasting 2+P minutes. Everyone trying to fight the wizard in melee combat, suffer 1+P points of damage every round.
Flame shot
From the hands of the wizard a blaze is given that hits one creature.
Flame fountain
Under the target a fountain of fire raise and deal 10 HP damage.
Energy arrow
This spell uses in offensive way the energy of the Great Crystal, creating an arrow of energy.
These are the spells I found in the CVS, it may be added/removed before the public release of CB..

I think those are just there for testing and does not fit into the game Planeshift.

Well, if you look on the XMLs and the standard database, they are all kinda well worked. And in my opinion, it would be a waste of time and effort to just trow it away...

3rd ill make a new character (Xacha, red and dark way, maybe brown)
4th ill ask - Can i open dors and duck down?
5th ill kill someone
6th ill kill 100 more of thouse someones
7th ill look around whats new
8th ill play till im unconscious

I hope to gather enough money/ investors to open myself a nice blacksmith :)
start smithing your orders with in my other hand some of Kada\'s finest stout. And after closing time i\'ll do some exploring and a fieldtest for my weapons :P

Ha i would test out all the spells and skills of course, thats what basically CB is about, apart from theres no monsters to try them on. So y not players lol :)

Well I suppose I will have to find everything again. After that I\'ll set up a hospital in the Dungeon and do a little fightin\', a little healin\' [repeat].

I can see myself now, walking away from a big battle field, with the smell of battle still on it. The enemy defeated, the enemy which wanted world domination.
I walk away, with a beautifull sun rise in my back, to a destination unknown. To a destitination of new creatures. To a destination to explore, and slaughte any evil creature that dares to attack me.
I will not attack, because I wish to be a ranger, and I only fight when I must. With my bow on my back, a long sword by my side, and a creature which I tamed on a little distance ahead of me to warn me of any danger.

7) Realise that this is CB and there are no crystals
8) See if i can set up a smithy
