I think I can extrapolate the meaning. Type \"/spawn\" into the chatbox if you\'re stuck.

Hey popoun,

Try running the updater installed with PlaneShift. You can find it in your start menu.
When it is done updating the game, log into PlaneShift with your character and type /spawn in the chat box and hit enter.
This should return you to the starting location where you first arrived in the game and thus should get you unstuck again.
