Most people complain about world somethingorother.. Well, I\'ve got a different problem that seems rather rare to be posted about..
I start in GL mode and I get an Exception error. Hold on, lemme go do it to get the exact error..
\'The instruction at \"0x77f585c0\" referenced memory at \"0x8a000000\". The memory could not be \"written\"\'
I click OK and I get:
\'The instruction at \"0x00000000\" referenced memory at \"0x00000000\". The memory could not be \"read\"\'
I run it again, the Address in the first message changes but the instruction address stays the same. The following output is produced by the -verbose command switch:
C:\\Program Files\\PlaneShift>psclient -verbose

If it works in Software i suggest the following:
1. Make sure you have the latest drivers of ALL your devices. Well, maby just for motherboard, video and sound
2. Make sure your spaw isn\'t to little
3. Try with another Video card
4. Smash the computer twice and reboot...
-
Yes.. Each and Every Device is 100% up to date.. I check and check.. Every week I go to windows update (Bleargh) and every 3 or so I check ATI for Video drivers..
The only other video card I have is a POS Nvidea card Running My second Monitor or an Intel i810 Running.. Um.. Nothing >.<

I could\'ve moved your other thread here to save you having to repost it, but nevermind. :)
Commando: Spaw? what\'s a spaw?
Edit: By the way, the first few lines of that error may suggest there\'s a problem with your RAM. But let\'s hope not... or you\'d have to replace it.
-
Yes, I am curious about the spaw, too..
As for Moving vs. Reposting, Not a problem.. A single copy//paste is all, and from what I understand it\'s easier for you to delete than move ^.^

I Managed to get ahold of an Nvidia card, 128 Mb. It worked and initialized GL mode just fine. The old card I had was a 64 MB ATI.. So um..
Now i\'ve gotta lower my Resolution until my system can handle the Gigantic Skyboxed map at a reasonable speed ^.^\"
Thanks for the help of All :) Ja!
