Title: Any Elven Guilds?

Hey everyone. I was just wondering if there were and guilds out there dedicated to the elven races?

Elf races?Why bother?Elf isn\'t even a race in PS unless they\'re talking about Lord of the Rings or somthin\'....

There are two different types of elves in PS, actually.
There have been 2 race-based guilds (as far as I know), felines lair and vertically challenged. The problem with these guilds is the lack of a goal.

Aye, there was a guild called the Elven Order, it got disbanded however, very long time ago

A race-based guild this early on won\'t really work.  Trust me.  I tried.  I created an Elven-based guild but unfortunantly you are cutting your numbers a lot.  Look at the other guilds.  I don\'t think any guild has over 20 members.  Then divide those numbers by race.  I\'d wait until the game is further along.

this early it might, but later on it will become a common sight..

 Windwalker is really right ... at least not at this moment of PS. There were several guilds that tried to do that, and they all went down. But try to understand something. A guild means that all its members share the same aims, beliefs etc. ... it doesn\'t mean that they have to be from the same race. And the PS Elves are - Nolthrirs and Dermorians. And officially their base race is named Elves :D

once people can actually use elf character, elf guild will pop up, but since you cant be an elf right now, theres no reason to make an elf guild.

There is female dermorian model ingame
and what\'s the problem in roleplaying male one on boards or something... I even do that ingame ;) :P

come one come all and see the hairy dermorian. he looks like an enki he walks like an enki but clames to be dermorian so we must assume he is a freek dermorian. egg throwing will begin at 10 and finish at 6.......both A.M. times :P i am J/K o course

i\'ll take a couple of those boxes to throw are they 12 or 20 packed and what\'s the price ( pretty weird auran is the one to create a stand to sell things) ill open up a restaurant next to it so i can get some $ signs in my eyes too

I think guilds dedicated to specific races will become popular when the agme comes out because the regions of Yliakum are prominently a specific races. So it would be easier to start a guild dedicated to a specific race because you could have its \"homebase\" in the city that its race is prominent in. Since that doesn\'t really apply to us now an Elven guild seems like it wouldnt be a good idea. Well you should start it now so it can have been around since pre-alpha. It gives you time to set up your guild before the game is officially released and you can be ready for all the new members that come to the Planeshift world. Just a thought.
