Title: Fearless real estate developers.

All of the guilds that I see are based on some dark Lord of doom or slaying the dark Lord of doom.  One of them is a Ranger guild and on and on.  I wanted guild were real estate appraisers rule were the motto is? Yes we can build that house but it will cost you.?

This guild would consider it financially irresponsible to declare war on any other guild considering they could also be our client.  Just because a guild is evil, good, chaotic or lawful doesn?t mean they don?t need a snazzy new guild house.

Of course building high-quality buildings is important to us, happy customers are return customers.  Guild members are expected to be the best at what they do.  If you want shoddy workmanship unfortunately will have to go elsewhere.

Unfortunately I?m not qualified to run a group of howler monkeys certainly not a guild.  But if somebody wants to build one like this I be happy to join.

Not ALL guilds have to do with slaying the dark lord or...the other thing...guilds like the Mercenary Guild. They are mercenaries.THEY have no intention of killing the lord of evil or something like that. Other guilds like the Mirth Guild intend to slay the dark lord(if there is one) or...maybe something else(I have no idea whatsoever). So I\'m thinking that you want guilds to be a construction crew or real estate agents?
