Can you open its mouth a little and add some sharp teeth? :)

It has kind of a lazy look in it\'s eyes. Maybe it\'s because the eyes aren\'t tilted or because there is a rather large area of \'nothing\' over the eye, making it look half-closed.
But still, very nice. Not all \'monsters\' have got to be agressive and evil and scary. Look at the real world, it has bunnies, bunnies aren\'t agressive, scary nor evil (well maybe just a bit evil).

what are you guys takeing and why arnt you shareing it ?

Give it blood shot eyes insted of reptailian like eyes and have the eyes sharper not big and wide

also skin colour try a mix of red and a bit of black or somthing

I like the way you\'ve done the texture. Shiny, yet dry, like most lizard skin. It looks pretty smooth, just like it should. Although it hardly looks \'monster\'ish, I think you did a great job. :) Well done.
