Title: How does Planeshift evolve?

How does the world of Planeshift evolve? Is it by PC intreaction or NPC\'s? I hear PvP will not be a major part of the planeshift game so will it be the NPC\'s who create the storyline? Or both?

I believe it is the developers who create the main storyline, and we players will then follow it, and build on it. There\'s already lots of drama between some of the players, even though it\'s only MB, so who knows what will happen in the future? :)
