Ok i just downloaded PS aand started playing it. But when i load it it keeps saying at the top that there is No Hardware Acceleration. What does that mean? Please help.

It probably means... you have no hardware acceleration? :P
Seriously, it means it is not detecting a good enough graphics card to run the game with. In which case, the game is probably defaulting to the slower software rendering mode. You can still play the game, but it will look pretty bad (and most likely run extremely slowly).

I see that would explain why it runs so slow when i play. So I would need a better graphic card to play the game at a higher speed? Thanks for ur help.

I\'d first try updating the drivers before I bought a whole new vid card (except ofcourse if my card really sucked ;) )
Check what card you have and download the latest drivers for it, that should help.

OpenGL 1.3 is the best I can get out of my video. Is the Planeshift team trying to use 2.0?
My error is:
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
No CEL environment variable set!
Using alternate 3D driver: crystalspace.graphics3d.opengl
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Thats normal that error.. What video card do you have?
