Title: Lost Char (plz Help!)

Just recently i had to format my hard drive because of a virus... Reinstaled everything including PS and as i tried to connect to my account i was told that my username and or pass was wrong... I\'m sure they are right... Can anyone tell me what can i do to work around this? Do i have to start over again?!
