Title: Not Responding

well this has only started happening now but when i connect to the game im just standing there and cant move but if i click anywhere it just loads something then stops then after about 20 minutes i get a message saying program is not responding
any help would be appreciated
i have reinstalled, restarted comp, reset connection and tried updating but nothing seems to work
