Title: Atmoshere?

Something I was thinking of was an automatic atmosphere. Like if it was a specific time of day and the lighting was just right then the screen would look kinda like this automatically (http://www.gaboby.plus.com/MB14.jpg)

This would be cool because rping and just plying the game would be so much more emotional. Also we could make it a more gloomy atmosphere if it were in a dark dungion. Atmosphere is everything in a game and we need all the help we can get!! :P

yes sounds great. But Im afraid it will take a lot of time though. But if the DEVs are up to it...

yeah it would since you wouldnt want the scenes to feel to generic or the same after a while.

What do you mean? Lighting is already implemented? OK, dusk / dawn / special weather conditions will be needed as well, but isn\'t this standard already? Or are you talking about the idea to also change the way the _controls_ look, like the cursor, the chat window, etc? This would be my idea to make the game more immersive. If you can\'t avoid RL-controls, make them look gamelike and if the game changes, make them change as well. :)

You are referring to music that is location / environment / time specific? If yes, I\'m all for it!
\"Go to Hydlaa Plaza, back Ally behind the artists guild, at 4:56 AM on tuesdays, there\'s good music (still randomised off a pool). A bit of work for the music department, though. ;)

@ Tanyo: Yes, the setting is underground, although you can travel to the surface or other locations.

I think it would be cool if magic could alter such things aswell. Just a thought...
